We encourage a light and positive atmosphere. We have fun on most days, but there are days where working focused will be a priority

What are some of the requirements of this position?

You will be working on everything from golf carts to daily driver cars and trucks, commercial vehicles, fleet vehicles, buses, trailers, wall murals, show cars, race cars, motorcycles, boats, and more!

You are required to show up on time. You are required to work your entire shift. You are required to use a ruler, and a tape measure. You are required to come to work with a positive attitude. We understand life happens, but leave the negative stuff outside the doors.

Sometimes you will be required to travel for work. Sometimes you will have to work when it's hot. Sometimes you will be required to work when it is cold.

You will be required to handle numerous types and makes of vinyl, i.e. TeckWrap, APA, Avery SW900 Series Wrap Vinyl, KPMF Films, 3M 1080, 3M 2080, and Various Printed wrap medias like 3M IJ180 CV3 vinyl. You will be required to work with retractable razor knives.

If this is your first time working in vinyl wraps, you will have to endure a probationary period of 6 months to make sure you are a good fit for our business family. We have to see improvement in your knowledge and experience using learned techniques we teach you. You can't just jump into vinyl wrapping if you have never done it before. After the probation period is over, we will provide you with your own wrap tools.

You will need to be able to climb a ladder, maneuver about a vehicle without denting it, leaving footprints, scratching it. Have the ultimate respect for other people's property. Sometime you will be required to use a heat gun and/or a torch to help shape the vinyl to the vehicle or surface. You will be challenged mentally and physically with problem solving and rational thinking. Please bring your brain with you to work.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED!!!

You will need to ask questions which is encouraged. At times you'll need to disassemble and re-assemble a vehicle in order to apply the vinyl. As long as you are willing to watch how-to videos on YouTube, and possibly reach out to local dealerships to find the answers to the correct way to accomplish your tasks, then you will fit in quite well. We are looking for long term employees and managers. We hope can build this business TOGETHER

Passion for writing, vinyl wraps, and cars

In this position, the ideal person should be interested in cars and creative writing. This person has to be enthusiastic and knowledgeable in the car and wrap world. You will also have to have experience creating engaging and dynamic posts using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, etc...

Salary for this position is based on e-commerce sales, lead generation, and page/website engagement. As the popularity, and potential client lists and engagement with STW grows, so will your salary. There is a base salary. It is possible to work from home in this position as well. We will need you to be available for conference calls and occasional face to face meetings as we grow together.

This position can also turn into a sales position where the potential earns can grow exponentially.

We believe that in this position, you will learn whether or not you want to be in the vinyl wrap business. This is the learning phase position.

Although this is an entry level position, we are looking for someone with a little OCD. Someone who likes cleaning and is detail oriented. An intelligent individual who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty every now and then. We are looking for that special person who is into cars and wraps. Someone who likes having fun at work, but who also knows when the fun is over and it's time to work.

Are you a problem solver? Do you turn to YouTube for DIY videos for help? There is no doubt we can help you if you have ambition, and desire.

These are the simple requirements of this position:

Learning vinyl and wraps
Cleaning up and organization
Working as a helper
Must be trustworthy
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have your own transportation
Must be willing to travel for work
Part-Time to Full-Time hours available
Must be able to work during the hours of 9-5
Must be willing to work WITHOUT being on your cell phone
